Villa Zeytin Koru is located in the beautiful village of Dalyan in the conservation area of the Turquoise Coast of Turkey, which retains much of its original charm and has a village community feel. Although In a semi rural position in Dalyan, our dream villa is within a 100 yards of the main street with numerous shops, restaraunts and small bars full of local charm.The neighbouring Turkish houses, cotton fields, stunning view of mountains and ancient rock tombs offer visitors to this villa a holiday of visual enchantment. The Dalyan delta is a paradise for bird lovers as many visit the garden. A SPECIAL 10% DISCOUNT FOR SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2010 BOOKINGS confirmed by the end of August. We will deduct before payment of deposit.

The Property
ZEYTIN KORU our luxury colonial style villa in the best location in Dalyan with private pool is set in a large garden with trees and shrubs which offer some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool is not overlooked and enjoys sunshine all day.The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 3 with king size beds and one twin, all with luxury en suites with showers. Also single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Zeytin Koru has alarmed security system and safety deposit boxes for our guests use. Zeytin Koru is ideal for those seeking a self catering holiday with a touch of opulence. Please read our guest reviews. Near to the centre od Dalyan yet not overlooked. For larger parties of family groups the overspill can be catered for in our smaller VILLA ORKIDE to the rear behind the southern end of the fitness park. Built to the same high standard with private pool, jacuzzi and 2 double bedrooms. Or for the smaller groups who want a touch of luxury.

Outside
Although a car is not necessary in Dalyan there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Set some way back from the road and not overlooked by other properties. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and retains protected mature olive and other trees. The large private pool, which has steps and a shallow end, with extensive marble paved surround together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers . As the sun goes down the underwater lights illuminating the pool area against the backdrop of mountain scenery and the romantically lit Lycian Tombs, create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening. The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco. The attractive covered Turkish Kosk provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques.

Zeytin Koru is the ideal location for the best of both a relaxing holiday,around the pool with large gardens which are not overlooked and for fun filled days and evening visiting the many bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Or just spend your days messing about on boats. The villa has the closest views of ancient rock tombs to the front and mountain views to the side and rear. The streets are closed to traffic in the evening. A 3 minute stroll will take you to the edge of the river diectly below the rock tombs, where you can take a boat to the other side to visit the ancient ruined city of Kaunas. You can include fitness and games for both young and old with the new in 2008, landscaped park and sports facility. FREE Gym equiptment, table tennis, basket ball court, climbing frames and running track. with central lit fountain, less than100 yds from the villa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double,1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has single sofa beds, double sofa beds. This room gives up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking:	This is a non-smoking villa.
Pets:	Pets are welcome. We are happy to accept owners dogs provided that they are kept under control and that they are restricted to the ground floor living area and are not permitted on the furniture. Any cost incurred through damage or soiling will be charged against the breakage deposit. PLease advise us at the time of booking if your party is to include a dog. All bedding and provisions for them is to be provided by the dog owner.
Wheelchairs:	Property is suitable for wheelchairs. The Villa is wheel chair accessable, having double door openings at ground floor to enter the main living kitchen and to the ground floor bedrooms. Large toilet and shower rooms with no step up into or shower door. The villa is not equiped with hand rails for the severely disabled.
Swimming Pool:	A private west facing swimming pool.

Recommend if there are a lot of you booking the boat trip with ORUC, there were 14 of us altogether 9 adults 5 children and we hired the boat for ourselves for the day. Captain of the boat was brilliant and we had a gorgeous barbecue on the boat. We loved the Hidden Garden and Chef restuarants in Dalyan, Dalyan is a fabulous place and the villa is situated in a perfect location. We got to meet Alison and Paul on the holiday and it was lovely to meet them and to tell them what a brilliant villa they have definitely the best one in Dalyan by far. We will definitely be coming back soon. "
